Tom was great in consulting us choose the right fabric and configuration for our game room. Moreover, the price was all worked when we came back a couple of hours later and ready to finish the transaction. Pretty hassle free shopping.

I went in with my daughter to look at bedroom sets and a dining room table. The store was clean and quiet. The staff greeted us and was pleasant. We looked around without feeling pressured at all. Tom-I later found out he is the store manager-helped us without hovering. It was a nice combination of availability without feeling rushed. There are multiple price points which gives you a lot of choices. We ended up with a bedroom set and a dining room table set! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I purchased a couch last year under warranty, we had some problems with it and they came out and took a look at it for us, Tony the manager was so helpful and gave us a full credit towards anything in the store, with free pick up and delivery! We had a great experience thanks to him! We will definitely be doing future Business with them! Thank you again William and Helen!

We were helped by Gail. She instantly welcomed us as we walked in and she knew her stores inventory very well. She asked what we were looking for, I knew exactly what set we were there for, and she was able to bring us right to it,. Gail was upfront about ordering and timing but she did find a what we ordered in stock. My very frugal husband was so happy there that he purchased a dining room set. We didn’t plan that! We will drive 45 minutes for our furniture needs from now on. All the employee’s were wonderful. We just cannot say enough good about this store. Oh…and their prices are unbeatable!

I came in twice in the last week looking for items to furnish my new apartment, and both times, I had wonderful experiences. The first time, I came in with my mom just to look around and see if there was anything they had that I might like (there was! They have gorgeous and high-quality funiture in a wide variety of styles), and we had a very pleasant experience with Lorrie R. (the general sales manager). He was helpful and friendly, and did not get pushy with my mom and I. It was this positive experience (as well as a pointedly negative experience at another furniture store nearby) that made me want to do business at this store. Fast-forward to today, both my parents and I came in to look around and make some decisions, but the selection, prices, and service were so greatly above and beyond my expectations that I purchased nearly every furniture item I need to move with the help of sales associate Marina H.! BIG THANKS to the folks at Furniture Connexion :D I'm sure all their sales associates are lovely, but work with Marina or Lorrie if you have the chance - you won't regret it!

This is the first time I ordered and even knew of England furniture and was very impressed by the quality. My rocker recliner was delivered on May 7, I love the style and how well it is made. Michelle, I cannot thank you enough for all of your patience in helping me to make the right selection and helping me with the fabric choice to make sure that it was a great match with all my furniture. Our sales person, Tom, was very helpful, professional and friendly. He let us peruse the showroom, checking in periodically to see if we had questions or needed help. He didn’t push to buy and no sales gimmick. He was straight forward and honest. We were on a budget. We found a living room set we really liked. He went out of his way to work the numbers and got us the deal plus a little extra. The delivery men were prompt, communicative, and very professional. They took great care in removing our old furniture and placing the new. This is the second time we’ve purchased from Furniture Connexion. Both experiences have been positive and easy. I will purchase from them again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reasonably priced furniture and great customer service.

Stopped in after checking put 5 other Furniture stores. We where looking for a Grey Sectional with chaise. No Price limit. When we walked in we where greeted by Lisa. Told her what we where looking for and she told us a sectional had just come in on the truck to be set up in the showroom matching our description. She then printed off the spec sheet for us to look at and showed us the sectional still wrapped to see if the color was gonna work. After we showed interest, she informed us the crew was on lunch and if we returned in a few hours it would be set up. We left to grab lunch and look for additional furniture pieces. When we came back it was almost done and we sat in it and was amazed how comfortable it was and the size and color was perfect. Instantly was sold. Lisa got us checked out and Delivery scheduled on a day that was convenient for us as the couch was in stock (huge bonus) On delivery day the couch was delivered and setup up, crew was super nice and respectful. Checked the couch over and signed off on the delivery. It was not 2 hours when we could settle down and enjoy the new couch that we noticed the Chaise piece was missing the 4 legs that hold it up. I immediately called Furniture Connexion and asked to talk to Lisa. She was super sweet and Apologized and told me a few places to check to see if they where there. Unfortunately they where not. She gave me the Number for the warehouse manager to contact on business days Mon-Fri to see if I could get the legs. She made a note of the call and said she would make sure it was handled. Even offered to give me the ones from the showroom Model. I declined as it just did not feel right. On Monday mid Morning Tony (Warehouse manager) called me before I could call him and said he could FedEx the legs to me if that was alright. So to save us both a trip. I was happy with this and said "Yes" very next day I get home from work and there is a package at my door. It was the legs. Excited to get

We came here to buy a new couch! We bought our first couch here about 5 years ago, and it was such a good experience. We decided to check them out again. Marina helped us find a great couch at a great price with a warranty. The owner was very nice and professional as well as Marina! We had a great experience and would highly recommend Furniture Connexion.
